Signal Maintenance Training Program

The Eastern Lackawanna County Agricultural and Technical University is sad to announce that due to an unfortunate incident in which the entire class of 15 Signal Maintenance Training Program trainees  were electrocuted while working on a high voltage signal cable this course has been temporarily suspended. The University is presently conducting a complete review the Signal Maintenance Training Program classroom safety procedures and in all likelihood will assess blame on the ineptitude of the students as the sole cause of their demise.

The University would like to extend it's condolences to the families and friends of the Signal Maintenance Program Class of 1999.

Please check this page for information concerning the reinstatement of this course in the future.

Vernon Pleasance, Dean of Admissions
